For convenient sourcing wood and root materials, we set up factory located in mountain area in south china. Meanwhile, in order to improve workmanship and products’ quality, we arrange an experienced and professional technicians working in factory to strictly control  every processing.

We currently featurees root carved baskets, bowls, plates,vases,footed baskets and furnitures such as chairs, stools, table.which are all carved by San Mu tree root. Our artisans  carve them according to root shape completely use their imagination and with their rich experirence. So that there is no any one product would be same as any other one. They really look very unique, artistic and natural as well they are useful or decorative articles.

The brief introduction to the production process of products
Step  1: Clean up mud-rock and silt off the root by water ;
Step  2: Carve to create product’s style according to root shape.
Step  3: Carve product by their imagination.
Step  4: Cutting out inner of products.
Step  5: Simply polish out and inner of poducts.
Step  6: Dry them to get moistue out of products in kiln.
Step  7: Test moisture and pick out problem products.
Step  8: Fix and fine polish them to be smooth surface.
Step  9: Doing priming paint on products.
Step 10: Final polish to products.
Step 11: Inspect quality and all required items.
Step 12: Doing surface painting.
Step 13: Dry them in natural circumstance.
Step 14: Pack them in cartons.
